Qualifications

About the Company:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the loan process. Communicate clearly with clients to explain loan options, repayment terms, and potential risks. Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient loan approval process. Maintain a deep understanding of industry regulations, loan policies, and market trends. Monitor the progress of loan applications and assist clients with any questions or issues that arise. Achieve individual and team sales goals by promoting and closing loan products.
