Layton Mortgage, LLC seeks highly motivated mortgage professionals to independently generate business. The role offers a dynamic compensation structure with 200–275 BPS on personal production and lifetime overrides on referrals, plus access to cutting-edge tech and marketing funnels to grow your book of business.

The position is 100% remote with leads and an extensive product range. You will originate loans, assess client needs, stay current on market trends, and contribute to company growth

Qualificações

• Dynamic mortgage professionals capable of independently generating business.

• Must hold a valid NMLS license in applicable states and maintain good standing.

We are seeking:

• Dynamic mortgage professionals capable of independently generating business.
• In-depth understanding of mortgage industry dynamics and market trends.
• Mortgage Loan Officers must hold a valid license in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah-DRE, Virginia, Washington and/or Wisconsin maintaining good standing with NMLS.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and procedures.
