• In-depth understanding of mortgage industry dynamics and market trends.
• Mortgage Loan Officers must hold a valid NMLS License in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah-DRE, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and procedures.
