Mortgage Loan Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team and help drive the loan process from application to closing with accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. Our Mortgage Loan Officers assist our members as they kick‑start their dreams of home ownership. With your working knowledge of mortgage loan policies, credit granting criteria, and interest rates, you are the “go‑to” loan officer for our home‑financing clients. You can discuss loan alternatives, credit criteria, interest rates and loan documentation in a way that borrowers understand and feel positive about. You maintain a positive view for those who do not qualify by explaining it is not a “no” but a “not yet” and ensure they know exactly what they must do to achieve their goals.

Location

This position is an in‑person position in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

Compensation

Base hourly pay plus incentives.
