Talentify is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator to originate mortgage loans and promote related programs within real estate networks in Fairbanks, Alaska. You will interview buyers, input applications, provide disclosures, and coordinate with underwriting to ensure timely closings.

We value strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to develop sources of mortgage loan business while maintaining regulatory compliance and high ethical standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with advanced real estate lending coursework.
• Two years of real estate lending experience with at least one year as loan officer/originator.
• Strong attention to detail and clear selling/communication skills.

Mansioni

• Market mortgage loan programs to real estate sales and personal contacts.
• Develop and maintain loan referral relationships with real estate, accounting, legal, and financial planning professionals.
• Interview buyers/applicants, originate loans, input applications, provide disclosures, and gather required documents and fees.
• Ensure loans are originated, disclosed and processed timely within regulatory requirements.
• Assist in closing steps and provide guidance if approvals change.
