Talentify in Anchorage seeks a motivated mortgage loan origination professional to promote loan programs through real estate networks and personal contacts. You will interview applicants, input applications, provide estimates, disclosures, and gather required documents.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with real estate lending coursework and at least two years of related lending experience, with strong attention to detail and sales/communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with advanced industry courses in real estate lending.
• Two years of real estate lending experience with at least one year at loan officer/originator level.
• Strong selling and communication skills; knowledge of applicable laws/regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Originate mortgage loans and promote related programs within the real estate profession and through personal networks.
• Market mortgage loan programs to the real estate sales industry and to personal contacts.
• Develop and maintain loan referral relationships with real estate, accounting, legal and financial planning professionals.
• Interview buyer/applicants, input applications, provide estimates and disclosures, and gather documentation and fees.
• Ensure loans are processed in compliance with regulatory requirements and timelines.
• Prepare for underwriting and closing, and advise borrowers if loan is declined with refunds as applicable.
• Conduct sales presentations for Realtors to enhance business relations.
