Qualifications

• Must be able to pre-qualify purchase customers.
• Experience with mortgage loan applications and origination processes.
• Ability to review documentation for industry standards and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Be the content expert on WesBanco mortgage programs and products.
• Listen to customer needs and align them with the right mortgage product.
• Complete loan applications with accurate information in the origination system.
• Obtain necessary documentation for product and client needs.
• Review documentation to ensure it meets standards and disclosures.
• Disclose required documents within 3 days of application and deliver a complete application to processing within 3–5 days.
