WesBanco Bank, Inc. is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer - Residential Lending. The hybrid role involves originating diverse mortgage loans, supplying exceptional service, and promoting WesBanco products with real estate partners and in-branch events.

You will work with branches to establish mortgage expertise, manage timelines for documentation, and ensure accurate application processing while meeting regulatory standards.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Aufgaben

• Originate various types of mortgage loans.
• Generate bank fee income by originating secondary market loans and build or replace portfolio as directed by senior management.
• Be the content expert on WesBanco mortgage programs and products.
• Pre-Qualify purchase customers as requested.
• Complete loan applications and input accurate information in the Origination System.
• Obtain and review necessary documentation to meet program requirements and regulatory standards.
• Deliver complete applications electronically to processing partners within stated timelines.
• Promote WesBanco mortgage services within the real estate community and at branch events.
• Maintain CORE Sales stage information to show referral progress.
