Job summary

WesBanco seeks a mortgage originator who can originate a variety of mortgage loans on a hybrid work model, splitting time between remote and office locations in Columbiana, OH. You will manage the end-to-end process, from pre-qualification to full application submission, while delivering excellent customer service.

You will collaborate with branches, meet timelines for documentation, and promote WesBanco mortgage offerings within the real estate community, maintaining accurate pipeline

Qualifications

• Be the content expert on WesBanco mortgage programs and products.
• Listen to customer needs and align them with the appropriate mortgage product.
• Pre-Qualify purchase customers as requested.
• Complete loan applications with complete and accurate information in the Origination System.

Responsibilities

• Obtain all necessary documentation for the product and client.
• Review documents for standards and analyze credit info.
• Disclose and provide required documentation within 3 days of application.
• Deliver a complete application electronically to processing partner within 3 days; provide client documents within 5 days.
• Promote WesBanco mortgage within the real estate community.
• Work with branches to establish mortgage expertise and conduct periodic promotional events.
