Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is seeking a Mortgage Loan Consultant to originate loans, service realtor relationships, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, cross-selling of banking products, and a structured sales approach to grow mortgage business. The position requires active NMLS registration, 3+ years in financial sales, a valid driver license, and a commitment to our core values.

Formación

• 3+ years in a professional sales environment in financial services
• Active NMLS registration under The SAFE Act or ability to obtain on hire
• Valid driver license and 18+ years old

Responsabilidades

• Grow pipeline by networking with realtors, builders, financial planners, and referral sources
• Close more deals by identifying customer needs and guiding from application to closing
• Educate customers on loan programs, underwriting guidelines, and market trends
• Deliver white-glove service with personalized consultations
• Oversee loan lifecycle coordinating underwriting, processing, and closing teams
• Represent the bank at local events to build brand awareness
