Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Be the content expert on WesBanco mortgage programs and products.
• Listen to customer needs and match them with appropriate products.
• Pre-qualify purchase customers as requested.
• Complete loan applications and input data accurately in the Origination System.
• Obtain all necessary documentation for product and client needs.
• Review documentation to ensure industry standards and credit alignment.
• Disclose required documents within 3 days of application.
• Deliver a complete application electronically to processing partner within 3 days; provide customer documents within 5 days.
• Explain timelines during initial application.
• Conduct weekly pipeline calls with processor/team.
