Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required; six months to one year related experience may substitute.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Originate mortgage loans and pre-qualify purchase customers.
• Complete loan applications with accurate information in the Origination System.
• Obtain and review required documentation for programs and client needs.
• Communicate updates to customers throughout the mortgage process.
