Job summary

The role requires 2+ years of mortgage experience, knowledge of title clearance and Closing Disclosures, and strong detail orientation. You will coordinate with lenders, title professionals, borrowers, and other stakeholders to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mortgage experience, including purchase or refinance transactions.
• Experience with title clearance, Closing Disclosures, and closing documents.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritize deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel;experience with loan origination systems preferred.
