Job summary

A financial services leader is seeking a dedicated Mortgage Loan Closer to join their team. Key responsibilities include preparing closing packages, reviewing disclosures, and providing funding authorization. • Review Closing Disclosure and required funding documents for accuracy.
• Provide funding authorization to Title/Escrow Agents.

What's the Role?

We are currently seeking a hard-working, dedicated Mortgage Loan Closer to join our innovative and passionate team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Closing packages using Encompass and Doc Magic system.
• Review Closing Disclosure and required @ funding documents for accuracy.
• Provide funding authorization to Title/Escrow Agents.
• Experience and extensive knowledge of new TRID guidelines.
• Knowledge of State Bond programs a plus!

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a “High Volume" environment.
• Great work ethic.
• Must have experience with Encompass.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Mortgage Closings preparing closing packages and funding loans.
