Qualifications

• Fluency in English required.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must maintain current knowledge of licensing and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage visitor area.
• Answer phones, take messages, and respond to routine inquiries.
• Organize and maintain branch office supplies.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager for events.
• Draft and proofread correspondence and documents.
• Assist with updating social media content approved by marketing/compliance.
• Collect documentation and perform clerical duties.
• Support loan officers with file management and borrower communication.
• Support branch operations and maintain a clean, staffed office.
