Royal United Mortgage in Indianapolis is seeking a Loan Advisor to reach out to prospective clients by phone, discuss goals, and design customized loan options. You’ll coordinate with all parties in the homebuying process to secure successful closings, with no prior mortgage experience required and a paid hands-on training program.

• Collaborate with co-signors, realtors, title companies, and others as appropriate.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals with leadership support.

About the Role

As a Loan Advisor, you’ll reach out to prospective clients over the phone, listen to their goals, and design customized loan options to fit their needs. Then, you’ll collaborate with all the different parties in the homebuying process to ensure a successful closing. We don’t just sell loans; we offer education and support every step of the way.

Previous mortgage experience is not required. We provide a paid hands-on training program designed to give you the knowledge, tools, and confidence to succeed in this role. We are searching for individuals with strong communication skills and an interest in developing their sales career.

What You’ll Do
