Responsibilities

• Contact individuals, realtors and builders, attend chamber and civic meetings to expand network contacts and generate sales.
• Engage in marketing and promotional activities, such as giving presentations to groups, to generate sales.
• Consult with customers to compile loan applications meeting compliance guidelines while negotiating terms and conditions.
• Collect, compile and analyze information for acceptability for loan approval for investor products.
• Communicate with clients and potential clients, acting as the primary contact from sale to closing; follow up with processors to ensure timely closings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FHA, VA, and conventional loan rules, regulations and guidelines through education and investor resources.
• Other duties as assigned.
