U.S. Bank in Owensboro, KY is seeking a Performance Operations Support Associate 2 to provide administrative and operational support for the lien release function, including document review, data entry, and quality checks as mortgage payoffs are processed.

The role centers on research, exception handling, and coordinating with attorneys, title companies, and custodians, with a focus on accuracy, timely follow-up, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two to four years of experience in a business and general office environment.
• Experience with administrative, operational, or document-processing support.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Research mortgage-document exceptions and identify solutions.
• Obtain and review mortgage and custodial documents for lien releases.
• Enter, maintain, and track information accurately.
• Process exceptions and maintain records.
• Communicate with title companies and attorneys via email and calls.
• Provide custodial documentation to attorneys and third parties.
• Track transactions through payoff and close items.
• Own assigned files and follow up on outstanding items.
• Complete quality reviews and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare reports and support data maintenance.
