Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mortgage laws, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Originate portfolio loans including conventional, FHA, VA, and RD loans.
• Provide expert mortgage advice to borrowers and develop referral networks.
• Manage a loan pipeline with processors, underwriters, and closers; coordinate closing processes.
