Job summary

American Heritage Lending, LLC in Irvine, CA is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our mortgage sales team. This entry point role focuses on responding to qualified leads, engaging borrowers, and building relationships with referral partners.

You’ll work with Loan Officers, qualify opportunities, and move prospects through the sales process. The position offers in-office training, a fast-paced environment, and a clear path to advancement into a producing Loan

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required, degrees preferred.
• 1–3 years in sales, business development, customer service, or related roles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound and make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing platform.
• Qualify leads and gather initial borrower and property information.
• Educate prospects on investment property lending solutions.
• Identify opportunities for Loan Officers and assist with moving qualified prospects through the sales process.
• Schedule appointments and connect qualified opportunities with Loan Officers.
• Maintain accurate activity, notes, and follow-up in the CRM.
• Monitor your pipeline and consistently meet activity and performance expectations.
• Develop new business and referral opportunities.
