Qualifikationen
- 2+ years of mortgage origination experience in a direct lending environment.
- Willing to commute to Miami, FL; remote will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- NMLS SAFE Act compliant, holding 5 or more active state licenses.
- Proven production of top performance in a similar model.
- Excellent customer service and follow-through.
Aufgaben
- Handle high-volume online customer contacts and pre-qualify loans.
- Present loanDepot’s offerings and match clients to best loan programs.
- Build rapport and analyze financial situations to determine loan products.
- Educate clients on mortgage management and debt.
- Assist clients from application to closing.
- Maintain minimum production standards for originations and fundings.
