You will work within our legal collections stack, partnering with attorneys to negotiate repayment plans and escalate when necessary.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1-2 years in related fields, and 2+ years in mortgage, legal, or collections.

Responsibilities

• Maximize collections in the Legal Inventory.
• Negotiate repayment plans with customers and attorneys.
• Review and validate accounts before referral to Attorney Network.
• Maintain adherence to FDCPA guidelines and professional conduct.
• Handle inbound calls for accounts in the Legal Inventory desks.
