We are seeking a dynamic Mortgage Loan Officer Team Leader / Realtor Partnerships Account Rep at Tag Lending Group, LLC. This is a full-time role focused on managing client relationships, leveraging AI technology, and driving mortgage sales.

Role Details

As a Mortgage Lead & Realtor Account Representative, you will handle high call volumes, engage with clients nationwide, and utilize advanced CRM and marketing tools. You will build strong relationships, analyze financial scenarios, and provide tailored mortgage solutions. Weekend open houses are part of the role, with one weekend off per month.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
2. Provide accurate mortgage information and build rapport.
3. Assist clients with mortgage inquiries and solutions.
4. Collaborate with team members and utilize CRM tools.
5. Attend open houses on weekends as required.
6. Ensure compliance with loan stipulations and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Current, valid NMLS license in good standing (minimum 2 years).
• At least two years of sales and mortgage-related experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with mortgage products and call center/customer service preferred.

Application & Selection Process

• Initial phone interview, assessment, and testing.
• Zoom interview with team leader and staff.
• Final interview with CEO.

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm; Saturday mornings for open houses.
• W-2 employment with base and/or commission pay.
• Flexible work-from-home options available.
