Position Details:

Mortgage Lead & Realtor Account Representative (Full-Time)

At Tag Lending Group, we pride ourselves on being the 'Goldman Sachs' of the mortgage industry, offering innovative AI-powered solutions, a fast approval process, and a comprehensive suite of lender options. Join us to be part of a dynamic team that leads with technology and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage high call volumes, engaging with clients nationwide
  • Provide accurate mortgage information and build client rapport
  • Guide clients through mortgage options and solutions
  • Collaborate with team members and utilize CRM tools effectively
  • Attend open houses on weekends (one weekend off per month)
Qualifications:
  • Valid NMLS license (minimum 2 years or willing to train)
  • At least 2 years sales experience, or 5 years for newly licensed applicants
  • Excellent communication skills and technical proficiency
  • Ability to work 40-45 hours per week in a fast-paced environment
Selection Process:
  • Initial phone interview
  • Assessment and testing
  • Zoom interviews with team leaders and CEO
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
  • Saturday, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm (attend open houses 3 out of 4 weekends)
Compensation:
  • Base salary and/or commissions (W-2 only)
