Position Summary
As a Mortgage Lead & Realtor Account Representative, you will manage inbound and outbound calls, engaging with clients and prospects nationwide. Utilizing cutting-edge AI technology and marketing tools, you will receive leads and inquiries, guide clients through their mortgage needs, and deliver essential information. Your role involves building and nurturing strong relationships, analyzing financial scenarios, and offering tailored solutions in a high-call-volume, fast-paced environment. While leads and Realtor connections are provided, proactive efforts to grow your client base are encouraged. Attendance at open houses on weekends is required, with one weekend off per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle High Call Volumes: Manage a significant number of inbound and outbound calls from clients across the country.
- Time Management: Demonstrate exceptional time management skills (minimum 8/10 proficiency required—you will be tested).
- Provide Accurate Information: Offer clear, precise details on mortgage products and services.
- Client Engagement: Build strong rapport by actively listening and addressing client needs effectively.
- Mortgage Guidance: Assist clients with their mortgage inquiries, providing tailored solutions and options.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and loan officer teams to ensure seamless communication and process flow.
- CRM Proficiency: Utilize advanced CRM tools to maintain client records and follow up on leads efficiently.
- Tech Savvy: Prove your technical proficiency in tools such as Slack, Arrive, HubSpot, Outlook, Birdeye, Box, and others (testing will be conducted).
- Customer Service Excellence: Actively contribute to business growth through outstanding customer service.
- Follow-Up Skills: Adhere to company playbooks and weekly schedules; if follow-up is not an 8/10, do not apply.
- Loan Structuring: Engage with clients to identify suitable mortgage products, lock loans at the point of sale, and submit preliminary paperless loan packages.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to 14-day close requirements and loan stipulations.
- Loan Types Expertise: Manage Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, and other loan types (testing will be conducted).
Qualifications
- Current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing (minimum 2 years; do not apply otherwise).
- At least two years of sales experience and two years as a Mortgage Loan Originator or related role.
- For newly licensed applicants, a minimum of five years of sales experience and willingness to undergo a month of training.
- Flexibility to work approximately 40-45 hours per week.
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience in a call center or customer service role (mortgage or finance experience is a plus).
- Ability to build rapport and provide a positive client experience.
- Basic understanding of mortgage terms and products is advantageous.
Selection Process
- Initial phone interview with our Recruiter.
- Complete an assessment.
- Testing (multiple rounds).
- Zoom interview with Team Leader and Admin Staff.
- Final interview with the CEO.
Training
- Mandatory two-week training for all new hires.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Saturday: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm (Open Houses 3 out of 4 weekends)
- Closed on Sundays and Holidays.
Compensation
- W-2 only
- Base salary and/or commission depending on the position.
