Job summary

Cornerstone Servicing in Englewood, CO is seeking an Investor Reporting Analyst to prepare investor reports and remittances, reconcile accounts, and ensure compliance with PSAs and contractual requirements.

You will collaborate with the Loan Boarding and Service Transfer teams, handling complex reconciliations and supporting investor inquiries while contributing to special projects under the Manager’s guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing investor reports and remittances.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to analyze data accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit monthly investor reports and remittances.
• Ensure compliance with PSAs and contractual requirements; balance servicing systems and reports.
• Coordinate with Loan Boarding/Service Transfer teams and sellers on loan movements and cash settlement.
• Perform complex reconciliations of cash, principal, interest, escrow, and custodial accounts.
• Serve as primary contact for investor inquiries and support special projects.
