CrossCountry Mortgage is seeking a Mortgage Insurance Specialist to support RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing LLC. You will maintain mortgage insurance and escrow data accuracy to ensure timely payments and minimize risk.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, problem solving, and collaboration with vendors, investors, and internal teams, with supervision levels that require initiative and attention to detail.

Formación

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Knowledge of mortgage servicing documents and escrow administration.
• Ability to create and analyze portfolio data reports for management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and resolve mortgage insurance and escrow exceptions.
• Process disbursements on or before the renewal/due/penalty date.
• Research and resolve mortgage insurance issues.
• Maintain payee headers and vendor relations.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of mortgage insurance payments.
