Job summary

theLender is hiring motivated, coachable individuals for the Mortgage Sales Trainee program, an entry-level Inside Account Executive role with structured training, mentorship, and real growth potential.

You will learn mortgage products, work with licensed loan officers, make outbound and inbound calls to engage potential clients, qualify leads, and move them through the mortgage process with coaching and support.

Qualifications

• No mortgage experience required.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Coachable, motivated, and reliable.
• Comfortable on the phone (or willing to learn).
• Sales, customer service, or call-center experience is a plus — but not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of mortgage products, terminology, and sales strategy.
• Work with licensed loan officers and senior sales professionals.
