Job summary

theLender is hiring motivated, coachable individuals for the Mortgage Sales Trainee program, an entry-level Inside Account Executive role with structured training, mentorship, and real growth potential.

You will learn mortgage products, work with licensed loan officers, make outbound and inbound calls to engage potential clients, qualify leads, and move them through the mortgage process with coaching and support.
