First Community Mortgage is seeking a results-driven Manager of Mortgage Sales to lead a local team of loan officers in the Fayetteville area. You will develop key initiatives, recruit and mentor staff, and coordinate with marketing to grow our mortgage portfolio.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and travel to the home office or branches. You will monitor performance, report weekly goals and monthly closings, and ensure budget adherence in a collaborative team environment.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
• 5 years experience in managing a sales team.
• Working knowledge of Ellie Mae, DU and LP and lending guidelines for the secondary mortgage market.
• Strong interpersonal communication and problem solving skills.
• Capable of multi-task and meeting strict deadlines.
• Must be detail oriented, analytical, and organized.
• Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy.
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment.

• Develop and own key initiatives for First Community Mortgage business.
• Recruit, hire, and manage new loan officers within the local area.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement a strategic mortgage growth plan.
• Mentor loan officers to meet or exceed production targets focused on key channels.
• Develop territories for loan officers to ensure broad exposure to products.
• Ensure adherence to a monthly marketing budget for loan officers.
• Provide ongoing reports on weekly goals and monthly closings.
• Develop and implement a curriculum for weekly sales meetings.

• Foster relationships with realtors, builders, and banking staff.
• Travel to the home office or other branches as required.
