Job summary

Alliance Catholic Credit Union is seeking an exceptional Mortgage Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, well-organized environment. This role reports to the VP of Lending and focuses on growing mortgage loan volume through consultative sales and superior member service.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of mortgage lending or origination experience, an active NMLS license, and strong knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 5+ years mortgage lending or origination experience.
• Active NMLS license required.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, regulations and financial analysis.
• Proven ability to develop referral relationships and deliver excellent member experience.

Responsibilities

• Originate residential mortgage loans and drive loan growth.
• Pre-qualify applicants and manage loan pipelines from application to closing.
• Deliver superior member experience through consultative engagement.
• Develop and maintain referral relationships with real estate pros and financial partners.
• Represent the Credit Union at community events and industry activities.
