Job summary

Oklahoma Central Credit Union is seeking a detailed and analytical Lending Specialist to fund and audit real estate and consumer loans, ensuring compliance and timely loan disbursements. You will support retail teams, handle loan wires in XP2, and assist with Origence loan applications and post-closing maintenance.

The role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, a proactive, self-starting attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or higher.
• One or more years of similar or related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service to internal and external members in line with Service Standards.
• Fund and post-fund Real Estate loans; audit documents for compliance; prepare loan wires and complete funding in XP2.
• Assist Retail staff with Origence loan application issues and post-closing XP loan maintenance items.
• Provide commercial loan support, including funding, post-funding, and file maintenance with Portfolio Specialist.
• Process loan extensions, subsequent action and manual skip-pay forms; manage third-party payoff requests.
• Complete assigned reports in a timely fashion as directed by management.
• Procure liens on secured loans and track documentation.
• Follow Bank Secrecy Act, AML regulations and security guidelines.
