Qualifications

• 1–2 years with a financial institution, in lending or customer service.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor dealership correspondence and examine indirect loan contracts for accuracy.
• Notify dealership of omissions and follow up on attention-worthy items.
• Book loans, make necessary adjustments, and balance reports daily.
• Handle calls about indirect loans and provide quotes to members/dealerships.
