Pennymac offers a structured 24-month Associate, MFD Rotational program designed to build hands-on capabilities in loan disclosures, title analysis, income evaluation, and closing documentation. You will work across cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks, ensure compliance, and support timely loan processing.

The role emphasizes leadership development and collaboration within a dynamic mortgage services environment with opportunities across Direct and TPO channels.

Qualifications

• Recent college graduate with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple MFD operational departments during a 24-month rotation.
• Prepare and review loan disclosures and closing documents.
• Analyze title abstracts, liens, and AUS findings to resolve issues.
• Evaluate borrower income documentation against underwriting guidelines.
• Manage daily loan pipelines and respond to inquiries.
