Job summary

Pennymac is seeking an Associate, MFD Rotational to participate in a structured 24-month program across Consumer Direct and TPO channels. You will build hands-on technical capabilities in loan disclosures, title analysis, income evaluation, and closing documentation while developing a leadership pathway.

In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks, manage loan pipelines, ensure compliance, and learn the end-to-end mortgage process within Pennymac's

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems.
• Able to work independently and in teams.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
• Proficient with Google Suite and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support 24-month rotation across MFD departments including Base File, Title, Conditions, Eligibility, MST, Closing, and Funding.
• Prepare and review loan disclosures and closing documents per RESPA, TILA, TRID.
• Analyze title abstracts, deeds, liens, UCCs, and AUS findings to resolve title issues.
• Evaluate borrower income documents against underwriting guidelines.
• Manage daily loan pipelines to ensure timeliness and respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks and maintain compliance.
