Next Frontier Capital is seeking a Home Lending Financial Planning & Analysis Lead to drive strategic financial analyses and forecasting within the Home Lending FP&A team. This role is pivotal for optimizing key methodologies and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that affect financial performance.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong analytical skills, hold a bachelor's degree in a finance-related field, and possess advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Additionally, a master's degree and extensive experience in home lending will be advantageous.

• Lead ownership and optimization of Home Lending Qualitative Methodologies.
• Prepare management review presentations analyzing business drivers.
• Execute Home Lending models and QMs for Budget processes.
