Job summary

Brock & Scott, PLLC is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to provide legal and administrative support to attorneys throughout the lifecycle of assigned cases. This role will assist with legal document preparation, research, case file management, and trial preparation while ensuring work is completed accurately and in accordance with applicable procedures and deadlines.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a paralegal preferred.
Knowledge of legal terminology, research methods, pleadings, and processes.
Strong written and verbal communication with excellent client service.
Exceptional organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Meet with attorneys, clients, and professionals to discuss cases.
Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, affidavits, and interrogatories.
Conduct legal research; provide summaries and analysis to attorneys.
Prepare, organize, maintain, and retrieve case files and related materials.
Assist attorneys with case preparation and other projects as needed.
Maintain accurate records of billable hours and confidentiality.
