Responsibilities

Meet with attorneys, clients, and professionals to discuss assigned cases and projects.
Draft and prepare legal documents, including routine pleadings, motions, affidavits, and interrogatories, and file documents in accordance with court procedures.
Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, regulations, and judicial decisions; provide summaries and analysis to attorneys.
Prepare, organize, maintain, and retrieve case files and related materials.
Assist attorneys with case preparation and other legal projects as needed.
Maintain accurate records of billable hours for assigned matters.
Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
Perform other duties as assigned.
