• Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, regulations, and judicial decisions; provide summaries and analysis to attorneys.
• Prepare, organize, maintain, and retrieve case files and related materials.
• Assist attorneys with case preparation and other legal projects as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of billable hours for assigned matters.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This role will assist with legal document preparation, research, case file management, and trial preparation while ensuring work is completed accurately and in accordance with applicable procedures and deadlines. What You’ll Do

• Meet with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases and projects.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including routine pleadings, motions, affidavits, and interrogatories, and file documents in accordance with applicable court procedures.
• Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, regulations, legal articles, judicial decisions, and other legal sources; provide written summaries and analysis to attorneys.
• Prepare, organize, maintain, and retrieve case files, including evidence, exhibits, depositions, pleadings, and other case-related materials.
• Assist attorneys with case preparation and other legal projects as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of billable hours associated with assigned matters.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise appropriate discretion and judgment when handling sensitive information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
