NVR Mortgage invites students to join us this summer as a Mortgage Financing Intern, applying classroom learning to real-world mortgage processes at our on-site offices. You will work alongside mortgage professionals in audits, closings, and disclosures, gain exposure to compliance and the regulatory landscape, and learn how the homebuilding industry supports customers’ dream homes.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college degree program; graduation within 12 months preferred.
• Highly driven and self-motivated with leadership experience.
• Strong organization and adaptability skills.
• Students from all degree majors welcome.

Responsibilities

• Audit loans and prepare documents needed for closings with mortgage professionals.
• Learn team collaboration to meet settlement dates in a competitive market.
• Gain experience in the overall mortgage process and workflow.
• Learn about the homebuilding industry supported by NVR Mortgage.
• Engage with sales, origination, and production teams to deliver customers' dream homes.
