Centricity Credit Union in Hermantown, MN is seeking a Mortgage Loan Specialist to originate mortgage purchases and refinances, land, home equity and construction loans. You will interview applicants, determine eligibility, and build a pipeline with builders, realtors and title companies to deliver an outstanding member experience.

You will manage loan documentation, disclosures, and coordinate with a third-party servicer to ensure timely closings.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required or alternative education path.
• Knowledge of Mortgage compliance and regulations.
• Experience: at least two years in banking or lending preferred; consideration given to related experience.

Mansioni

• Originate mortgage purchases and refinances, including land, home equity, construction loans.
• Interview applicants to determine eligibility and preapproval needs.
• Pull credit reports and verify employment; provide pre-approvals.
• Prepare and review loan documentation; ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with servicer for closing timelines and compliance.
• Network with realtors, title companies and builders to build loan pipelines.
• Assist with HMDA reporting, compliance training, and policy updates.
