Job summary

ATLAS SP Partners is seeking a CRE Warehouse Analyst to support Lending and Transformation Warehouse Operations by maintaining accurate facility, loan, asset, and transaction data plus related funding, payoff/paydown, servicing, and fees. You’ll reconcile information, track exceptions, and help improve processes.

This role offers exposure across Residential/CRE Warehouse and requires 1–3 years in related fields with strong Excel/Data skills. Base salary TBD with discretionary bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years in financial services operations, CRE, warehouse lending, or related field.
• Strong Excel and data-reconciliation skills; VBA/SQL/Tableau/Power BI is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines while collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Supports the day-to-day management of facility, loan, asset, and transaction data.
• Reviews and reconciles funding, payoff/paydown, servicing, fee, and supporting documentation.
• Tracks exceptions and provides accurate status reporting.
• Establishes controls, contributes to process improvements, and covers the CRE warehouse team.
• Maintains effective client relationships and delivers world-class operational services.
• Gains exposure across multiple asset classes within Residential/CRE Warehouse.
• Participates in developing a strong culture of collaboration across the department.
