Job summary

ATLAS SP Partners is seeking a CRE Warehouse Analyst to support the Lending and Transformation Warehouse Operations by maintaining facility, loan, asset, and transaction data, and assisting with related funding, payoff/paydown, servicing, and reporting activities.

The role emphasizes reconciling data, managing exceptions, and strengthening controls while ensuring timely reporting and coverage across the CRE warehouse team. A Bachelor's in a related field and 1–3 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial services operations, CRE, warehouse lending, loan servicing, asset management, or related field.
• Strong Excel and data-reconciliation skills; VBA, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day management of facility, loan, asset, and transaction data.
• Reviews and reconciles funding, payoff/paydown, servicing, fee, and supporting documentation.
• Tracks exceptions and provide accurate status reporting.
• Establishes controls, contributes to process improvements, and provides coverage across the CRE warehouse team.
• Establishes & maintains effective client relationships. Deliver world class operational services.
• Gains exposure across multiple asset classes within Residential/CRE Warehouse landscape.
• Participates in developing and maintaining a strong culture of collaboration and teamwork across the department.
