Job summary

NVR Mortgage Summer Internship program offers hands-on experience in processing, closing, underwriting, customer communication and negotiation for Ryan Homes, NVHomes or Heartland Homes customers.

You will work with mortgage professionals, guide customers from application to settlement, and learn about regulatory processes in a competitive market. Paid, with potential full-time opportunities after internship.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in college degree program (preferred graduation within 12 months).
• Highly driven & self-motivated with leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Current Driver’s License.
• Students from all degree majors are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside mortgage professionals as they pre-qualify prospective buyers and negotiate financing options.
• Guide customers from initial application to settlement in a competitive marketplace.
• Gain experience in processing and obtaining mortgage approval and closings.
• Learn about the homebuilding industry supported by NVR Mortgage.
• Spend time with sales and production teams to see how teams deliver a customer's dream home.
