NVR Mortgage Summer Internship provides hands-on experience across mortgage processing, underwriting, and closings for NVR's Ryan Homes, NVHomes, and Heartland Homes customers.

You will work with mortgage professionals to pre-qualify buyers, guide them through applications to settlement, and learn regulatory aspects of the industry, while gaining valuable customer communication experience and potential pathways to full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college degree program with planned graduation within 12 months.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and strong communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be open to internship in the mortgage field.

Responsabilités

• Assist mortgage professionals as they pre-qualify borrowers and discuss financing options.
• Guide customers from initial application to settlement date in a competitive market.
• Gain experience in processing, underwriting, and mortgage closings.
