Job summary

GIS Field Services, Inc. is seeking reliable Independent Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections for mortgage companies. This 1099 contract role offers flexible scheduling, with part-time or full-time opportunities and weekly pay.

Inspectors travel locally within assigned counties in Washington, including Jefferson County. No licensing is required, and prior experience is a plus but not necessary.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with auto insurance.
• Smartphone (iPhone or Android) required.
• Ability to obtain HUD/Inspector Keys and Shield ID.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans.
• Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant).
• Photograph and document property condition.
• Deliver door notices and verify utility status.
• Complete reports using the InspectorADE app.
• Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator.

Your role as a Mortgage Field Inspector

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgageloans
• Determineoccupancy status (occupied or vacant)
• Photograph and document property condition

• Complete reports using a mobile app (InspectorADE)
• Communicate regularly with theInspectionRelationsCoordinator
