Job summary

GIS Field Services, Inc. is seeking reliable Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections in Washington state, including Okanogan County. This 1099 contract position offers flexible scheduling and both part-time and full-time options.

Inspectors travel locally, inspect occupied and vacant properties, photograph condition, and complete reports via InspectorADE. A valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, smartphone, and internet access are required.

Responsibilities

We areseekingreliable and detail-orientedIndependent Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections on behalf of mortgage companies. No licensing or certifications arerequired, and prior experience is a plus—but not necessary.

This isa great opportunityfor self-motivated individuals who enjoy working independently, traveling locally, and managing their own schedule.Inspections may include exterior occupancy checks, and occasional interior vacant or damage inspections. This contract position performs mortgage field inspections in assigned counties throughoutWA. Currently we have an opening in Okanogan County.

• Location: On the Road Washington- Okanogan County

Your role as a Mortgage Field Inspector

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgageloans
• Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant)
• Photograph and document property condition
• Deliver door notices and verify utility status
• Complete reports using a mobile app (InspectorADE)
• Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator
