Job summary

GIS Field Services, Inc. is seeking reliable Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections on behalf of mortgage companies in Washington. No licensing required; previous inspection experience is a plus but not mandatory.

This 1099 independent contractor role involves inspecting occupied, vacant, and rural properties across Jefferson County, WA, with a flexible schedule and weekly pay. You’ll work independently using mobile apps to complete reports and communicate with the coordinator.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle covered by auto insurance to travel within your territory.
• Smartphone (iPhone or Android) and computer with internet access.
• Printer and basic office supplies.
• Ability to obtain a Shield ID (HUD/InspectorKeys).
• HUD/InspectorKeys provided via GIS onboarding download.

Job Title: Mortgage Occupancy Field Inspector

Location: On the Road Washington- Jefferson County

Your role as a Mortgage Field Inspector

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgageloans

• Determineoccupancy status (occupied or vacant)

• Photograph and document property condition

• Deliver door notices and verify utilitystatus

• Complete reports using a mobile app (InspectorADE)

• Communicate regularly with theInspectionRelationsCoordinator
