Job summary

GIS Field Services, Inc seeks independent Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections in Washington, including Okanogan County. Flexible schedule and either part-time or full-time work offered, with weekly pay as a 1099 contractor.

Inspect occupancy, photograph property condition, and complete reports using InspectorADE. Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, smartphone, and ability to obtain Shield ID are required.

We areseekingreliable and detail-orientedIndependent Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections on behalf of mortgage companies. No licensing or certifications arerequired, and prior experience is a plus—but not necessary.

This isa great opportunityfor self-motivated individuals who enjoy working independently, traveling locally, and managing their own schedule.Inspections may include exterior occupancy checks, and occasional interior vacant or damage inspections. This contract position performs mortgage field inspections in assigned counties throughoutWA. Currently we have an opening in Okanogan County.

Your role as a Mortgage Field Inspector

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgageloans
