GIS Field Services, Inc. is seeking reliable Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections across NV. This 1099 independent contractor role offers flexible scheduling, part-time or full-time options, and earnings typically $20+ per hour per inspection.

Inspectors work independently in assigned counties with weekly direct deposit pay and no licensing required. Responsibilities include occupancy checks, photographing properties, delivering notices, verifying utilities, and using the

We areseekingreliable and detail-orientedIndependent Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections on behalf of mortgage companies. No licensing or certifications arerequired, and prior experience is a plus-but not necessary.

This isa great opportunityfor self-motivated individuals who enjoy working independently, traveling locally, and managing their own schedule.Inspections may include exterior occupancy checks, and occasional interior vacant or damage inspections.

This contract position performs mortgage field inspections in assigned counties throughoutNV. Inspectors are not required to cover the entire state. Coverage areas will be determined based on your location and availability.

Your role as a Mortgage Field Inspector

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgageloans

• Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator
