• Ability to obtain Shield ID (Aspen Grove ABC#).
• HUD/InspectorKeys access provided if onboarding.
• Voltstick and selfie stick may be required.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans.

We areseekingreliable and detail-orientedIndependent Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections on behalf of mortgage companies. No licensing or certifications arerequired, and prior experience is a plus-but not necessary.

This isa great opportunityfor self-motivated individuals who enjoy working independently, traveling locally, and managing their own schedule.Inspections may include exterior occupancy checks, and occasional interior vacant or damage inspections.

This contract position performs mortgage field inspections in assigned counties throughoutNV. Inspectors are not required to cover the entire state. Coverage areas will be determined based on your location and availability.
